Having created several successful businesses in the past, he has developed a diverse and worldly skillset which he now harnesses into his passion for Executive Recruiting. Shani is known for his excellence in relationship building and communication skills, and loves all people. Shani has extensive experience recruiting within the Private Wealth and Investment Management space, having trained under one of the top recruiters in the Wealth Management arena in the country for several years. This invaluable experience enables him to work with many outstanding clients and some of the top Wealth Management firms in the country. Shani enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, attending conferences, hiking, running, and taking his oversized dog for walks. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies from University of California, Santa Cruz and a Master’s in Business Administration from Bar Ilan, under the guidance of Kellogg School of Management.

Chaim worked as a psychotherapist with children, teens and adults with an array of behavioral, emotional, and life challenges. Wanting to make a broader impact on people’s lives, he stepped into the role of VP, Marketing for a well-established healthcare consulting firm for almost a decade. This firm created deep cultural transformation by providing hospital and system-wide trainings in empathic communication for doctors and staff in order to convey caring and reduce the anxiety of patients and families. Chaim transitioned into the role of Managing Partner and Executive Recruiter, taking with him his passion for creating positive organizational cultures and transforming people’s lives. He focuses on finding highly talented and caring candidates to work with nationally respected Private Wealth and Investment Management firms and cares deeply about fostering personal, cultural and financial growth for all. Chaim enjoys spending time with his wife, four children, biking, hiking, doing yoga and practicing mindfulness. He continues learning psychotherapy for self-growth and for deepening his personal and professional relationships. Chaim holds a B.A. in Social Work from the University of Missouri – St. Louis and a M.A. in Counseling Psychology: Concentration – Somatics from the California Insitute of Integral Studies.

Additionally, he was a scuba diving instructor showing tourists the beauty of the ocean, while avoiding great white sharks and blue whales.
